When you have made the decision
to invest in a custom Luna, congratulations! You can
place your order in two ways. One, fill out the online
questionnaire and submit it. Or two, download the custom
questionnaire pdf file and send it to me. If you have
any problems with the questionnaire, please give me a call
and I will be happy to fax or mail one to you. I can be reached

If you have any trouble answering any
of the questions on the questionnaire, don't worry about it.
Just do your best, fill out as much as possible, and we will fill in the blanks later. If you have downloaded and filled out the paper version, you can send it by mail to:

Once I have received your questionnaire,
I will confirm this by email or a phone call, usually within
24 hours.
I require a nonrefundable deposit that is the equivalent of 50% of the frame price for all orders. Once I have your questionnaire
and we have made contact, I will send you a preliminary invoice
off of which to pay the deposit, which you may do by check, wire
transfer, or credit card (through Paypal).
Please allow approximately 12-18 weeks for delivery of your
custom bicycle. (Current wait time as of February 2008 is
approximately 6-7 months.)
Thanks for choosing Luna Cycles. I provide a lifetime, 100%
warranty on my bicycles against defects in materials and craftsmanship,
for as long as you own the bicycle. I am not happy unless
you are.
